Matthew founded and was Managing Partner of the Flake and Kelley Northwest office from 2007 to 2020. He oversaw the growth of the Northwest Office from a small boutique to one of the dominant real estate firms in the area. He has developed retail, office and apartment complexes. Matthew has been Managing Partner for several shopping centers comprising hundreds of thousands of square feet. He has represented clients in the purchase and sale of properties across asset classes.
Matthew holds an undergraduate degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a Master’s in Business from the University of Miami. He has served as on the advisory board of the Salvation Army for the past 18 years, including the role as Chairman. He is actively involved in Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church and has volunteered as coach a and worked with youth sports.
