As a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), Ms. Dearnley has developed a deep focus in the investment-side of commercial real estate. She holds Principal or Managing Broker licenses in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Texas.

Ms. Dearnley has worked in wealth management, as a credit analyst; as a valuation consultant; and later as an asset manager for over five million square feet of enclosed retail shopping centers. She was Principal Broker and managed the Flake & Kelley Northwest office from 2012-2019. She has served many lenders and special servicers, and has assisted in the economic analysis, re-development and leasing of many commercial properties for landlords. Her real estate portfolio includes office, power center, grocery-anchor and strip center retail and apartments.

Ms. Dearnley obtained her undergraduate degrees in Cognitive Psychology and Creative Writing from Carnegie Mellon University, a Masters in Business with focuses in Finance and Investments from the University of Miami, and a Masters in Accountancy from the Walton College of Business. She is also currently in a Masters of Finance (MS)-Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University, for a third Masters degree. She also has a Leadership Certification from Stanford University through Vistage, which she has been a member of the Northwest chapter and is a current member of the Little Rock chapter. Jessica is a past member of Young President’s Organization (YPO), Rotary International and Junior League. Jessica was appointed to the Board of the Little Rock Tech Park in February 2021, and is on the Membership Committee of Fifty for the Future.

She is a past School Board Member of St. Joseph Catholic School in Fayetteville, a current member of the Ozark Catholic Academy Board, and participated in the Haas Hall Development Committee. Also, she is a current member of the Philanthropy Club with the Arkansas Community Foundation. Her passion is in education with an emphasis on girls as future leaders in STEM careers.

She is currently the CEO and a Co-Founder of the re-invented Flake & Company, and also serves as Principal Broker. Jessica has been in both the Arkansas Business 40 Under 40, and Top Ten Women in Business.
