Past, Present, and Future

There was previously a restaurant in the space on the first floor. The conference or gym space was previously a vault; rather than attempting to install windows or skylights, we thought it should be included in the building load factor as additional conference or meeting space for the tenants. Office space of the future will need a combination of "collaboration spaces" and "private enclaves," along with coffee areas, libraries, or open cafes in the building.
