A Little Rock native, Dearnley returned to central Arkansas after nearly two decades in Northwest Arkansas, where she had held senior leadership roles in brokerage, operations, and office management. Her background spans commercial brokerage, accounting, finance, and investment analysis, giving the company a strong foundation across multiple sides of the business.
