CFO

Lisa is the Chief Financial Officer for the Firm and is responsible for our Financial, Legal, and Human Resource functions. Lisa comes to us with over 30 years of experience as a CFO and has implemented new Accounting Systems and Controls in multiple Companies. Prior to Flake and Company, Lisa worked for Clear Mountain Refreshment Service as its CFO until its recent sale to a publicly traded Company. Prior to its sell to a Private Equity Firm, Lisa worked with Karen Flake as her CFO at Flake-Wilkerson Market Insights. Flake-Wilkerson was recognized for several consecutive years as one of Inc. 500’s fastest growing privately held companies. With Lisa’s experience, Flake and Company will be prepared with a strong foundation for continued growth and success. Lisa started her Accounting Career as an Auditor in 1985 with KPMG in Memphis, TN. She graduated from The University of Memphis (formerly Memphis State University) and received her CPA from the State of Tennessee. Lisa was raised in North Arkansas and happily returned to her Arkansas roots in 1991.
